Library Cards

Young Library has three types of library cards.

Student ID Card

All administration, faculty, staff, and students are issued KCU ID cards. These cards function as a library card. These card holders may check out circulating materials and also obtain access to electronic resources both on and off campus.

Community Patron Card

These gold cards are issued to any area minister, Carter County resident, KCU alumni, and KCU "university family" member. Applicants must present a picture ID. The cards must be renewed each year. These card holders may check out books in our main circulation area, circulating DVDs, circulating VHS tapes, and audio books.

Reciprocal Borrower's Card

These blue cards are issued to any student at a reciprocal borrowing school with a valid ID. They must be renewed each year. These card holders may check out books in our main circulation area, circulating DVDs, circulating VHS tapes, and audio books.
